At Lunge Yoga RVA, in Forest Hill:

Tuesday’s, 7:30pm – Strength & Meditation: Go deep into your physical and mental body with this half power, half guided meditation class.

Thursday’s, 6:00am – Lunge FIT: Start your day right with this one hour HIIT workout that will get your heart rate up and help you get stronger and fitter for whatever your goals may be.

Private Sessions –

Learn and flow better in a one-on-one setting? Try a private session, with a completely customized sequence to fit your mental and physical needs.
